My presentation at the AIIM Info360 conference in Washington D.C. last week was based on a very simple premise: in order to achieve a Knowledge Management enabled organisation (or 'to do KM') you need a solid foundation of good information management, and for unstructured information that means having an ECM strategy.
I have removed my employers corporate branding and added a few explanatory slides, as I did not have time to add a voice over (plus then you get added value by attending the conference !).
